Refund & Return Policy
At BuddhaManifest, we want you to feel truly connected to every piece you receive. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Whether it's not the right fit or simply not what you expected, we'll do our best to make it right.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition
- All original packaging and tags must be included
- You'll need your order confirmation email or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
- Email us at service@buddhamanifest.com with your order number and reason for the return
- We'll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
- Ship the item back to our return center (address provided in the return instructions)
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your refund
Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Standard returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
- Defective or incorrect items: If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost. Just contact us with photos of the issue, and we'll take care of it.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at service@buddhamanifest.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item and/or packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (marked as final sale)
- Ritual add-ons (e.g., Manifestation Add-Ons, once the digital/ritual content has been accessed)
- Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage not caused by shipping
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to get a different item is:
- Request a return for the original item
- Place a new order for the item you'd like instead
Refunds
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our policy:
- You'll receive an email notification about your refund status
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at service@buddhamanifest.com.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The same return conditions apply (unused, original packaging, proof of purchase).
